Artisanal fishing involves the use of traditional and low-tech methods to catch fish and shellfish in small quantities. We use RSW vessels to cool and maintain the freshness of our pelagics immediately after catching. This ensures that our products maintain their quality and freshness throughout the transportation and storage process.
